Step through the chequerboard curtain and follow Alice as she explores the wonders on display at the V&A. Created to accompany the Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser exhibition, the design for this recycled cotton tote bag is adapted from John Tenniel’s original illustrations for the first edition of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
Design adapted from illustration by John Tenniel (1820 – 1914) in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll (1832 – 98), first published edition 1866.
