This print follows on from a series of prints created in 2013 to accompany the David Bowie Is exhibition at the V&A.
The ambition for this portrait was to portray David Bowie not as Ziggy Stardust but in the less documented Berlin era. Gregory's drawing of Bowie is reduced to the bare minimum, bringing out his characteristic eyes and expressing a sense of elegance.
Screenprinted black with carbondust on white 250gsm Somerset Satin White paper, this 4th edition measures 50x50cm and comes in an edition of 500. Each print comes with a signed and numbered certificate. Printed in the UK.
