This classic clutch bag has been made by hand in Village Leathers’ London studio from vintage, archive and off-cut pieces of leather selected by the V&A, meaning each bag is a truly unique accessory. 

Village Leathers is a family-run business, with a shop based in Covent Garden and their workshop in North London, that champions traditional, high-quality craftsmanship. The company use cutting knives from their extensive archive dating back to the 1970s to create each piece.

Created exclusively for the V&A.
