Created exclusively for the V&A, this striking quilt was handmade by skilled artisans in India. The craftspeople who make these pieces work instinctively to create unique patterns on each quilt.
This quilt was created using a ‘cutwork’ technique where the top layer of fabric is cut and then sewn down by hand to create the pattern.
Please note that each piece is uniquely handmade, as a result colours and shapes may vary.
