Mary Quant revolutionised women’s fashion. Her brand was synonymous with the vibrant, optimistic spirit of the 1960s; Quant popularised the mini skirt and became Britain’s best-known designer. This greetings card features a photograph taken by Terence Donovan in 1966, with Twiggy modelling a waistcoat and shorts ensemble designed by Mary Quant. The Union Jack backdrop completes the archetype of British cool.
