One of a series of images advocating for considerate behaviour on public transport, this print draws on styles and characters seen in traditional ukiyo-e woodblock prints and transfers them to the bustle of modern-day Tokyo. In this image, a sumptuously dressed courtesan risks walking on to the train tracks, enraptured by her mobile phone.
