This series consists of weekly financial returns sent to the Arts Council by clients as part of the requirements for funding. Connected to these returns are records of the data's analysis and summary.

Arrangement
The weekly returns refer to dance, orchestral, touring and building-based companies. The analysis and summary records only relate to building-based companies. There are also two transfer cases of records detailing seat prices for this period, arranged alphabetically by client name.

Restrictions on access
Access to unpublished material less than 30 years old is subject to the written permission of the Arts Council of England. Apply in the first instance to the Archive of Art and Design at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
