'Sallachan, Ardgour'

January 9, 2012. Ardgour had just suffered 3 weeks of dreadful weather - so I was told to bring the sun up with me! I succeeded - even if it stayed only briefly. On the sunniest day we went to the beach. Deciding a sun would be appropriate, I looked for a smooth, round stone to be its centre. But this beach doesn't do round stones, so an oval had to suffice. I then used jagged granite 'rays' of varying length so that the finished sun was, after all, roughly circular in shape.
