Millinery in Motion: Stephen Jones

Fashion in Motion is a series of live fashion shows at the V&A featuring leading fashion designers from across the world. Millinery in Motion presented the work of world-famous hat designer Stephen Jones, alongside five of London's most exciting new milliners.

Coinciding with the V&A exhibition Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones, Millinery in Motion highlighted the ongoing importance of London as a key creative centre for millinery, a trend established in the early 1980s by Jones himself, and strengthened by the work of designers such as Philip Treacy. Hat designs by Piers Atkinson, Nasir Mazhar, Flora McLean, Justin Smith and Noel Stewart were showcased across a series of live catwalk shows.
