In response to the Government’s commitment to greater transparency of public information, the V&A will be publishing data relating to senior posts, salaries and spending on a bi-annual basis, and monthly information about expenditure over £25,000.

The spend data files contain:

• Date the invoice was entered on our system
• Expense type (what the expenditure is for)
• Expense area (which area of Museum activity incurred the expenditure)
• Name of the supplier
• Internal reference number for the invoice
• Invoice amount (net of VAT)

Historic Annual Reports and Accounts

The Annual Report and Accounts illustrate how the Museum's resources were spent in the last year and provide an overview of its activities. The accounts are audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General and are laid before Parliament each year. The most recent Annual Reports and Accounts can be viewed here
