Toys on a Timeline Teaching Session

Teaching Sessions are fully booked in the
spring term. There is plenty of availability for
free self-guided visits.

As part of our schools programme, we run a wide variety of KS1 and KS2 Teaching Sessions designed with the National Curriculum and QCA requirements in mind. School or college groups can also explore the Museum's Moving Toys, Creativity and Childhood Galleries as part of a free General Visit.

Making a booking

All Teaching Sessions and General Visits must be booked in advance. To make a booking please download and complete the School Bookings Request Form ensuring you read the School Bookings Guidelines before submitting. To make a booking over the telephone, call 020 8983 5205.

INSET preview evenings are free for teachers and adult helpers. They include information on essential planning and key facilities and resources as well as an opportunity to carry out your own risk assessment.
