Archive of Art & Design
The V&A's Archive of Art and Design holds the working papers of individual artists and designers, as well as the records of companies and associations involved in all aspects of applied art and design. The archives can be consulted by appointment at Blythe House, located near Olympia in West London.
Theatre and Performance Archives
The V&A Theatre and Performance Collections include many special collections and archives of the performing arts, from individual performers and collectors, theatres, theatre companies, and other organisations. They contain diaries, letters, manuscripts, photographs, ephemera, business papers, newspaper cuttings, and designs or sketches. There is direct access to selected online archive catalogues.
