Events for Secondary Schools & Colleges

Graphic Gathering
2 October & 5 February
Suitable for GCSE/AS & A Level Graphic Design students
This unique project will be launched with an exciting day of talks and practical sessions led by industry professionals at the V&A. Students will then be set a brief to work on at school and will be invited back to present their ideas and get feedback from the designers. This large scale event will give students the opportunity to showcase their work to a panel of industry experts as well as other schools from across the UK.
Graphic Gathering is designed to work as a project that could fit into your schemes of work and be submitted as part of student’s exam course work. The work produced could also be used as portfolio content for students interested in pursuing higher/further education or work placements in Graphic Design.

A gift in your will
You may not have thought of including a gift to a museum in your will, but the V&A is a charity and legacies form an important source of funding for our work. It is not just the great collectors and the wealthy who leave legacies to the V&A. Legacies of all sizes, large and small, make a real difference to what we can do and your support can help ensure that future generations enjoy the V&A as much as you have.
