8 February - 22 April 2012. Featuring portraits of Queen Elizabeth II by royal photographer Cecil Beaton, this exhibition celebrated Her Majesty in her roles as princess, monarch and mother and coincided with the 60th anniversary of her accession to the throne.

Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty

14 March – 2 August 2015. The V&A is delighted to announce that it will present Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty in London in spring 2015. The first and largest retrospective of the late designer’s work to be presented in Europe, the exhibition will showcase McQueen’s visionary body of work.
