About Mused

Mused is a place for young people to have fun with all things art, design, fashion, music and gaming. Absolutely everything on Mused is age appropriate and created with – and for – young people.

Mused is brought to you by the V&A, the family of art, design and performance museums, where everyone is invited to enjoy the power of creativity. Our aim is to inspire young people to discover new ideas from the world of art and design in similar ways to Young V&A

All quizzes, features and lists that you see on Mused have been created by a team of experts and a group of young people who tell us what’s trending in the world of art, design and popular culture.

Free and accessible

Mused is free to use and has been designed and built to the highest accessibility standards, making it easy for everyone to use, including those who use screen readers and magnifiers. You can read more in our accessibility statement

We collect cookies to help us create a better service and better content for young people who are passionate about art, design, fashion, music and gaming. See our cookie policy for more information.

We collect anonymous data from users by asking questions while they do some activities on Mused. For example, when they take a quiz or read an article, they might see a question like “How old are you?” or “Would you like to see more content about illustration?”. We include these questions to check that we are reaching the right audience with the right content.

The answers are 100% anonymous and these surveys are clearly marked as optional. See our privacy notice for more information.
