Praveen is a rising culinary star and ‘well kent’ face in Scotland with over 20 years’ experience, winning the title of Scottish Food Awards World Cuisine Chef of the Year in 2018. He has held prestigious positions around the world including The Sandals Resort in Jamaica and the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland.
