Due to maternity leave a temporary position has become available in our Philanthropy & Partnerships team which will support the museum’s charitable objectives. The post holder will maximise income to V&A Dundee by administering and sustaining financial support through established annual giving programmes, whilst coordinating all aspects of funding operational delivery in consultation with the Director of P&P.
General Manager of Visitor Operations
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the post-holder is responsible for the overall management of the visitor experience and the smooth running of the public areas and will lead on the management and development of all functions within Visitor Operations. These functions include retail, ticketing, galleries staffing and events management. They will use their considerable expertise to devise and implement systems, practices, polices, and strategies leading to a world class and intuitive visitor experience.
