Join us after hours for a food and gin pairing with Persie Distillery, one of Scotland’s leading craft gin producers.
The perfect gin pours will be paired with Tatha’s delicious 3-course menu, taking you on a tour of fruity, savoury and sweet flavours. A Japanese twist from Merchant’s Heart, a ‘spirit enhancer’ designed to bring out the perfect flavour, aroma and carbonation will bring the final complement to the botanicals in each of Persie Gin’s three expressions, Zesty Citrus, Herby & Aromatic and Sweet & Nutty.
Doors open at 18.30 when you’ll be welcomed with a gin cocktail on arrival. Dinner will be served at 19.00.
Persie Gin is created and distilled in the former Persie Hotel at the foot of Glenshee in Perthshire.
