A weekend exploring how Sikh teachings can be used as tools of understanding, connecting, and healing the mind

Journey Of The Mind is a series of events including creative workshops, a talk, a screening, and a display designed to run alongside the Journey of the Mind exhibition at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Journey Of The Mind is a multi-disciplinary weekend exploring how Sikh teachings can be used as tools to help anyone, which offers a unique way of understanding, connecting, and healing the mind facilitated by [Without Shape Without Form](https://www.withoutshapewithoutform.com/journey-of-the-mind).

The programme features guests David Barnett, digital scenographer, designer, and senior lecturer at Chelsea School of Arts, Deep Kailey, artistic director of Without Shape Without Form and includes works by graphic designer Rejane Dal Bello, motion designer Christian Wood and a collaboration with 4BYSIX.
