Everyone in the Club - Terms and Conditions

1. By submitting content and/or material to the V&A Dundee Scottish Digital Clubbing Archive, you are granting us permission to gather, edit, publish and share it across all platforms for the purpose of the project and any related promotional activity in perpetuity.

2. By submitting content and/or material you agree that you own it and have permission to share it with us, including the permission of anyone featured.

3. V&A Dundee is not committed to using any submitted content and/or material.

4. V&A Dundee may edit any submitted content and/or material.

5. Your data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy - you can request that we remove or delete your information at any time.
