Work in Progress x What if... ? / Scotland

V&A Dundee are offering a special edition of our Work in Progress programme in collaboration with Scotland + Venice.

How it works

Bringing together creatives working across architecture, you will hear lightening talks, take part in group workshops with V&A Dundee and 7N Architects, as well as a 30 minute 1-2-1 tutorial with a special guest tutor.

The session will run on Zoom from 10:00-16:30 on Wednesday 6th October 2021.

For your personal 1-2-1 tutorial you will be matched with a tutor based on the information provided in your application. You can express a preference of guest tutor, but we can’t guarantee that you will be assigned that tutor (but we will try our best!). You will have the chance to chat to all the tutors at the end of the day.

To take part in Work in Progress x What if…?/ Scotland you will need to be available for whole day. We will email you all the details in advance, along with a Zoom link and notes on how to join. You will need access to a steady internet connection and a device with audio and video capacity.

This collaboration is part of the associated public programme for What if…?/ Scotland. Originally designed to be staged in Venice as part of the 17th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, the exhibition responds to the Biennale’s theme How will we live together? What if…?/ Scotland is showing at V&A Dundee until 21 November 2021.

Though not possible in 2021, Scotland + Venice usually offers a dedicated Professional Development Programme for students, graduates and early year professionals, do keep an eye out for future opportunities.
