Birds of a Feather

Saturday 1 November

Create feathered garden friends that interact with textiles and circuits

Work together to craft and sew pairs of interactive textile birds using fabric, conductive materials and e-textile circuits to create feathered friends whose eyes light up when placed together.

The session will be led by e-textile designers, Sara Nevay and Lucy Robertson who are interested in how making with e-textiles can impact wellbeing, for example through creativity, shared crafting and learning new skills.

Please note: Parents/caregivers will be required to work collaboratively and remain with their child.
