A selection of furniture craft from the Craftex 2025 exhibition showcasing Glasgow college talent

Craftex is an annual display featuring the creative work of students from colleges across Glasgow.

Organised in partnership with the Trades House of Glasgow and colleges across the city, Craftex is an impressive showcase of student creativity and craftsmanship in all its forms.

To recognise this event and celebrate emerging designers, V&A Dundee is delighted to present the Gold Medal winner from Craftex 2025, Tsunami Bench by Robin Frowley, alongside a selection of 10 beautifully crafted furniture works from the City of Glasgow College Furniture Design and Restoration Course.

Student makers with furniture works included in this display are Mina Brennan, Emmaly Crimmel, Laura Gardner, Jakub Jasinski, Emily Noble, Sandra Pryde, David Robinson, Tilly Russell, Doug Thomas, and Daniel White.
