Join in a discussion looking at the runway as a space that shapes the evolving standards of beauty and the importance and impact of diverse representation on the catwalk.
Morgan and Rosalind, co-founders of* I Am More Than*, a campaign developed to promote body inclusivity in the fashion industry, will lead a panel exploring how meaningful representation can strengthen the industry and our everyday relationship with fashion.
They are joined by Ellie Louise Brown, founder of adaptive fashion brand Recondition and producer of Manchester’s Disability Pride Catwalk, Kirsty Lunn, founder of the Scottish inclusive underwear brand Molke and Blessing Afolayan .
About the speakers
I Am More Than’s founders Rosalind Main and Morgan McTiernan are Scottish models and artists who promote body inclusivity in fashion and spread positivity. Their campaign covers events, exhibitions and previously delivered a fashion show celebrating diversity at Dovecot Studios.
Ellie Louise Brown is an adaptive fashion designer and founder of Recondition in Manchester. Through Recondition, Ellie curated Disability Pride Catwalk: A Space for Each Other at Factory International in June 2026, an event that reimagined the traditional runway as a space that centres disabled experiences and asks what it means to work collectively.
Kirsty Lunn is the founder of Molke, an inclusive and purpose-led underwear company that ethically manufactures underwear and clothing in Scotland for customers globally. Kirsty is a strong advocate for inclusivity, representation, and celebrating diversity, they have built their business on the principles of empowerment and breaking down barriers.
