Join us for a celebration of seasonal Scottish dining

For one evening only, the team from Ballintaggart Farm take over Tatha Bar & Kitchen, bringing their celebrated modern Scottish style to the waterfront.

This one night only dining experience celebrates the opening of the spectacular Catwalk: The Art of the Fashion Show exhibition. Expect an evening where creativity, craftsmanship and flavour come together around the table.

Ballintaggart has spent the past decade championing Scotland’s incredible produce and celebrating the joy of shared experience. Renowned for their warm hospitality and beautiful cooking, their menus showcase the very best ingredients from exceptional Scottish producers, always prepared at their peak.

For this special takeover, guests will enjoy a beautifully curated sharing feast, designed to be savoured together.

Ballintaggart sourdough, whipped butter, Perelló olives, Great Glen venison salami, Ballintaggart pickles

Wye Valley asparagus, cured egg yolk, chervil aioli
Citrus cured wild Mor Atlantic Sea trout, watercress, rye, Katy Rodger’s crème fraîche
Smoked wood pigeon, radicchio, rhubarb, aged balsamic

To follow

Garlic, herb stuffed porchetta, apple ketchup, Perthshire cider jus

Double cooked new potatoes, lemon butter, cracked pepper
Hispi cabbage, miso, hazelnuts
Ballintaggart spring slaw, sour cream, mint

Guests can enhance their evening with optional wine flight pairings, carefully selected to complement the dishes. A themed cocktail menu will also be available, featuring stylish classics and bespoke creations inspired by the drama and glamour of the runway.

Each ticket includes a welcome glass of Cava on arrival and half a bottle of wine per person, perfectly paired to enjoy alongside the evening’s seasonal feast.
