An evening with the Great British Menu star.Great British Menu 2022 contestant, Fraser Smith, began cooking when he was just 14 and spent most of his early career in the Stirlingshire area working in three AA rosette kitchens including the Roman Camp Hotel, Callander. This is where his passion for locally sourced, quality ingredients started.
In 2010, Fraser joined Angels with Bagpipes when they opened their doors and is now proud to be Executive Chef on Edinburgh’s most iconic street, The Royal Mile. His cooking style is seasonal and locally sourced allowing the produce to do all the talking.
