Jonny and his team pride themselves on ensuring the dishes on their menus are made using the highest quality seasonal ingredients available from the best regional suppliers to bring the best of the local area to our tables. On the night, our chefs will talk you through each dish on the menu and the local suppliers' produce that’s been used.
