This year they achieved double top awards winning "Cookery School of the Year" and "Restaurant of the Year" at The Food Awards Scotland 2025.

Led by acclaimed chefs Lewis Donegan and Fred Hart and team Sinead Donegan, Laura O'Rourke, Mya Burns and Alex McNally, this unique experience offers a sublime tasting menu in our stunning riverside setting. Each course is a celebration of Scottish provenance, passion, and creativity, making this an intimate and immersive dining journey not to be missed.
