Upstart: Creative Careers Festival 2025

Welcoming everyone interested in creative careers!
Join us for a programme of workshops, talks, making sessions and a live podcast designed around the theme of Regeneration. Together we’ll explore how creative practices can renew, adapt and sustain themselves—both for individuals and for the wider sector. Learn, make, dream and test out strategies for building resilient creative careers.

Upstart has been co-programmed by a committee of young people, who have embraced Regeneration as a way to share tactics, demystify creative careers and imagine alternative models for the future of the creative sector.
