Research Interests

My research interests include 20th century textile, fashion and design especially focusing on Italy. I was the Research Assistant on the V&A’s exhibition The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014. I contributed to the accompanying publication with two case studies: “La Moda In Vogue” and “Nattier: textile innovators” which I wrote in collaboration with Margherita Rosina. After obtaining my MA (hons.) from the University of Milan Statale, I worked at the Courtauld Gallery on the exhibition Beyond Bloomsbury: Designs of the Omega Workshop 1913-19 (2009), and contributed to the accompanying publication. From 2010 till 2012 I worked for London-based textile dealer Francesca Galloway.
