Historical Interventions

Learning
July 17, 2015

On the 17th and 18th of July, a group of students from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama will be taking over the museum with a series of performance interventions involving old music, led by resident artist Liam Byrne.

From 4-9pm on Friday and 1-4pm on Saturday, musical performances will be popping up throughout the museum’s gallery spaces, involving repertoire from the 13th-18th centuries. Some will be installations of domestic music making in process, and others will be more experimental.
