Worn with Pride: A patchwork rainbow

In the run-up to Pride, Maggie from HR was spending her evening with needle and thread in hand. She definitely came out on-top in terms of crafting and manual effort amongst the group (the rest of us opting for iron on transfers and marker pens) and her handiwork drew lots of admiring comments on the march.

She explained: ‘I chose the exhibition Quilts as it was the first exhibition I saw at the V&A. I really liked the idea that these objects, which in many cases were made for practical, domestic reasons can now become part of history/herstory.
