We have just issued an open call for early-career UK-based studio ceramicists (around 2-5 years since MA, or 5-10 years since BA).

The residency will be based in a purpose-built studio in the Ceramics galleries at the V&A South Kensington and will take place over a six-month period from October 2016 to March 2017. The resident will get a £10,000 bursary (taxable) and additional budget of £1,500 for materials needed for production and any public facing activities.

A team drawn from the Museum’s staff will provide support throughout the project. We are interested in practitioners who wish to work with the Museum’s resources and collections and are interested in actively engaging with the public.

Deadline for applications – Midnight, Monday 30 May 2016

Interviews will take place on Monday 13 June at the V&A.

Hello – I’m interested in the Residency for Ceramics Artists, but the above link to the V&A Jobs page has no information on the residency, or how to apply. Can you point me in the right direction, please? Thanks!
