Mary Quant revolutionised women’s fashion. Her brand was synonymous with the vibrant, optimistic spirit of the 1960s; Quant popularised the mini skirt and became Britain’s best-known designer. This tote bag is inspired by Quant’s bold use of colour, which informed many of her designs. Supremely practical, made of heavy duty canvas with long handles to be carried over the shoulder and a zip front pocket, it also exudes a playful style.

This product range has been created exclusively by the V&A to accompany the exhibition: Mary Quant.

Created exclusively for the V&A.
