Neo-Classicism: A V&A Dreamscape by Kristjana S. Williams

Signed limited edition of 75

Created exclusively for the V&A, 2025

The V&A shop is pleased to bring you a special limited edition 3D print by London-based artist Kristjana S Williams.

A multidisciplinary artist, Williams' work spans various media including illustration, animation and hand-cut 3D artworks.

In this piece, the intricate composition weaves together architectural features of the V&A South Kensington’s building, providing a grounding framework upon which an exuberant pageant of surreal imagery unfolds. Scattered throughout Williams’ signature whimsy and fantastical creatures are treasures that echo the V&A’s collection.

Each element is digitally designed, hand-sculpted from paper and painstakingly pinned in place onto a thick foam board, creating a stunning three-dimensional effect, making each iteration inherently unique.

An extraordinary piece of art to add to your collection, or to gift something truly special.

Supplied in a bespoke perspex box, ready to hang.

Includes a signed certificate of authenticity issued by the artist.

About the artist
Kristjana S Williams

Kristjana S Williams

Kristjana S. Williams is an Icelandic-born artist who works from her studio in Kew, south west London. Having trained at Central St Martins School of Art and Design, Williams has been working with the V&A since 2012, creating a number of limited editions in this time for the V&A Shop.

Williams intricately detailed and hugely colourful works often take inspiration from nature, creating dazzling layers of plants and birds, butterflies and exotic flowers. Each of her prints creates a unique and half-imagined world which the viewer can inhabit, taking in the flamboyant characters, historical references, sense of magic and, always, a touch of the unexpected.
