Details
This papier mâché bauble has been hand-made by artisans in Kashmir for Fair to Trade. Fair to Trade ensure products are manufactured under conditions that meet recognised employment standards, including fair wages, providing clean and safe working environments, and providing skills training and promotion. The motif of leaves and flowers is taken from Bruce James Talbert’s Stafford furnishing fabric, created for Warner and Sons in 1875 and now held in the V&A archive.
