This Fairtrade partridge and pear hanging decoration is made in Thailand using the traditional method of zardozi embroidery. The ornate craft using metallic threads originated in Persia, reaching India in the 12th century, and is still practised across the subcontinent.
Carefully clean with a damp cloth if needed as materials are delicate
