Norman Beaton recorded the theme song in his inimitable style, and also played Desmond Ambrose, owner of the eponymous Peckham barbershop.
A perfect gift for a music lover, the t-shirt serves as a reminder to think twice before leaving a scratch in someone else’s treasured vinyl: soca refers to the fusion of soul and calypso, music genres with Afro-Caribbean and South Asian heritage.
