The design is adapted from Save our Planet, Save our Cities!, a 1971 anti-pollution poster held in the V&A collection created by Buckminster Fuller, designer, inventor and philosopher. Fuller was a pioneer in sustainable thinking, advocating designs and technologies that would allow humanity to thrive within Earth’s finite resources.

- Items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken, such as beauty products, soap, pierced earrings, hosiery, socks, sunglasses and face coverings;
- Perishable or edible items such as flowers or food;
- Memberships, tickets for exhibitions, bookings for events and courses.
