These glamorous hook earrings are made by hand using recycled magazine pages. For centuries, Zulu communities have been known for the art of weaving natural fibres. Mahatsara seek to revitalize these ancestral techniques, applying them to recycled industrial materials while working with organisations concerned with developing and training for employment in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
