Jisu Choi’s incredibly detailed print is a modern take on traditional Korean folk art known as minhwa and draws on the different themes of the V&A exhibition Hallyu: The Korean Wave. Within her illustration are many traditional and contemporary references to Korean culture.

 

 

Jisu Choi is an illustrator based in South Korea. She focusses on story driven images with intricate details.
