Raised in the North Yorkshire countryside before training at Edinburgh School of Art, Emily Sutton has previously worked with the V&A illustrating the beautiful Clara Button children’s books.

Emily Sutton
Born in North Yorkshire, Emily Sutton trained at Edinburgh College of Art where she developed her inimitable illustration style, often featuring characterful children and animals in richly detailed scenes. She draws inspiration from the natural beauty of her surroundings in North Yorkshire, arcana found in museums and antique shops, and a lifelong love of pattern and detail. Emily has previously worked with the V&A illustrating the beautiful Clara Button children’s books.
