A beautiful block-printed throw, sewn by hand in India. Generously sized at 240 x 280cm, and 100% cotton. 

 

Block printing is one of the earliest, simplest and slowest methods of textile printing, done by hand-pressing fabric with carved wooden blocks, and seen in India since at least the 12th century. This stunning throw was made with a technique thought to be around 2,000 years old.

 

For long-lasting beauty, wash gently at 30 degrees or less.
