Inspired by his Suffolk upbringing, adventuring in rivers and forests, all of Alex Monroe’s collections start life as sketches in his trusty notebook, and are handmade in Bermondsey, London. His jewellery is informed by a fondness for British eccentricity, and the designs are delicate, feminine and eminently wearable. Bringing to mind the buzz of the English hedgerow in summer, this baby bee is caught in motion, wings spread.
