Mary Quant revolutionised women’s fashion. Her brand was synonymous with the vibrant, optimistic spirit of the 1960s; Quant popularised the mini skirt and became Britain’s best-known designer. When sketching new designs, Quant would often doodle a little daisy to indicate that a piece needed something extra, but she didn’t know what. This sketch was developed to create the instantly recognisable daisy logo that adorned many Quant pieces. A black resin daisy hangs from a brass chain to make this necklace, which will bring a bit of 60s rebellion to your look.
