Fashioned from Nature
Supported by the European Confederation of Flax and Hemp – CELC
As part of our day of Fashioned from Nature workshops, this beginner/intermediate level class will guide you through a range of crepe paper flower making techniques. Work with different papers, you will learn to make your own realistic, everlasting Rose with leaves and learn skills that you can transfer to the making of many other paper flowers. You will start with forming the centre of the Rose, then move on to techniques for the the shaping and colouring of the petals, the stems and leaves, along with the finishing touches that make the flower more realistic. Your tutor Sue will also share plenty of tips and tricks along the way. You will leave the class with your own Rose, an instruction booklet and the flower templates, so that you can make more flowers at home if you wish.
