Illustrate Schiaparelli Looks with BENJOMO

This workshop is about looking at fashion, identifying what excites you, and translating that into a unique illustration.

Explore fashion illustration through the bold and playful world of Schiaparelli. Gather inspiration, experiment with colour, composition and line, and learn how to transform fashion references into expressive illustrations through your own visual style.

Workshops will take place at 18.00, 19.00 and 20.00. Book from 17.30 in the Learning Centre reception.  Places are designated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

BENJOMO is a freelance Illustrator based in London. His style is deeply rooted in the vibrant, ever-evolving energy of underground fashion, queer nightlife, and the characters that populate these worlds. Throughout Ben’s career, he’s had the privilege of collaborating with some incredible brands such as Apple, V&A, Gay Times Magazine, Puma & Paralympics.

This event is part of Make & Meet, an evening of connection and creative making with free workshops, free food, and free exhibition tickets*

*Free tickets for ages 26 and under. Photo ID required. Limited tickets available. Tickets for attendees present only. Tickets will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis and you will be allocated a time-slot on collection. 

Tickets provided are for Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art or Rising Voices: Contemporary Art from Asia, Australia and the Pacific. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.
