In Practice: Drawing Diamonds

Jewellery drawing is a tiny masterpiece seen to hold the same importance as a jewellery piece itself. International jewellery designer, Inesa Kovalova, will lead this class with a step-by-step demonstration of drawing a transparent faceted round cut diamond. We will deconstruct its volume to understand the light and shadow and then learn how to approach illustrating facets. By the end of the session you will have completed your very own hand-drawn diamond.
