Join fashion illustrator Joanna Layla for a hands-on, practical workshop exploring the extravagant world of 18th-century fashion.
In this one-day workshop, Jo will teach you how to master the expressive techniques of fashion illustration using watercolours, inspired by one of history’s most iconic style figures. Throughout the day, Jo will guide you in capturing silhouettes, shapes and textures, using various watercolour techniques. You’ll leave the workshop with valuable advice and inspiration as well as a collection of your own illustrations, capturing the mood and movement of the time.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those looking to refresh their skills. All materials will be provided, suitable for ages 18 and over.
