The panellists:
Tito Mogaji is the Co-Founder of Nourishment, a community and cultural marketing agency that connects diverse audiences to Arts & Culture from Barking, East London. He has 6 years of experience in the consulting, creative and media industries. Tito prides himself on delivering work that incorporates strategy, social innovation and culture. He is an advocate for the amplification of diverse voices, underrepresented communities and creative approaches to complex social challenges. He is also a commissioned poet, writer and activist.
Kazna Asker is a British-Yemeni fashion designer whose brand is built on the values of community, activism, and charity. Kazna's work merges traditional Middle Eastern fabrics with contemporary tracksuits, outerwear, and tailoring — each piece designed and hand-sewn by herself, resulting in unique one-of-one garments. A graduate of Central Saint Martins, Kazna made history as the first designer to present a Hijabi collection at the CSM MA Fashion Show in 2022. Shortly after, she was selected for Kurt Geiger’s People Empowerment Campaign, representing Kindness, with her designs showcased on billboards across Dubai. Beyond fashion, Kazna is deeply committed to political and social activism. In her hometown of Sheffield, UK, she has campaigned for greater representation of POC teachers at the Town Hall, and she continues to collaborate with community groups, youth clubs, and local activists. Through workshops and creative projects, she empowers young people to express themselves, explore fashion, and connect activism with artistry.
Jedidah M is a freelance multidisciplinary creative, working as a Director and Video Editor. She’s worked with brands like Sony, NYX Cosmetics, Tate Britain, Nike, Converse, Estée Lauder, and more. Jedidah is the founder of CTRL+Create, a community & programme helping young women in the creative industry level up & take up space, in partnership with Sondr.
